I have been a long term customer but they become more and more greedy over time. I gave one star before, because I was disappointed by their pricing. I understood afterwards that was a mistake or not from the manager who was in charge. Thats an area they need to improve!

So I tried another company which was much cheaper. And there was a quality difference day and night. First of all when you do a full AC cleaning it should consist of duct, fan coil and filter. Most cheap companies they do only duct and filter cleaning and claim to provide good service. The way they open the grill at the duct and fix back is mostly a total mess!

Ar Saniservice they come with a full army and cover literally everything and do a full comprehensive cleaning with the newest technologies. 7 hours for a 4 bedroom with 7 people! They do all what is required. The put back the duct grill as it was never opened! They leave your apartment fully moped at the end! You go they do the job, come home and enjoy the your clean place with fresh air.

Yes they are not cheap but it is worth it especially for your health.

Highly recommend Biju’s team for A/C deep cleaning and sanitation. Their team is knowledgeable about the work and puts in the best of efforts. What is commendable is that the whole apartment (furniture, curtains, kitchen surfaces etc.) was covered and secured well before the cleaning began and was left spic and span before their team left.

Excellent AC Duct Cleaning Service by Sani Services

This is my second time using Sani Services for AC duct cleaning, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. I have complete trust in this company and appreciate their professionalism and extensive experience in AC duct cleaning.

The team, led by Selva, was exceptionally organized. Selva took the time to explain every aspect of the cleaning process and attentively listened to all my concerns. He ensured that all issues were addressed promptly and effectively.

Furthermore, I requested an additional panel to be opened in my kitchen for future AC maintenance, and the team executed the task flawlessly, as evidenced by the photos.

After completing the cleaning, they meticulously cleaned up and returned everything to its original place, leaving no mess behind.

Very impressed. The team spared no expense covering the entire apartment in plastic sheeting and cleaned thoroughly, even taking the units apart and cleaning the parts. When finishing they left a clean apartment.
