Allan and his team arrived promptly this morning. They took extra care to cover areas that didn’t need any mold treatment. They worked seamlessly to do an excellent job and made sure to put everything back in its place. They cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Amazing team work

Mohammed Kassem and his team of 3 scientists were the consummate professionals. I hired the company to come and inspect my apartment for AC and for Mold. The process took 1.5 hours for a three bedroom apartment. All along the 1.5 hours, we were being educated on what was being done, the impact on the health, what is our responsibility as a tenant and what is the real estate company. The service was above and beyond, and I will definitely continue with the company into the solutioning as well, not just assessment. They are true informed specialist in true meaning of the word. Fareed, the business development agent was also super helpful and patient with me as a hesitant buyer initially. 5/5

We always use Saniservice for any A/C job in the apartment, and they never disappoint. The team Joseph recently did an excellent AC cleaning, and re-insulation for chilled water pipes — very professional, thorough, and reliable. Their prices are a bit higher compared to other service providers, but the quality of service is also noticeably better, so it’s worth it.
